With 20 years experience in print
management we realize that no two jobs are
the same and everyone likes to work in their
own regular way.

We are not dogmatic about how a job must
be supplied to us, part of our job is to sort that out for you!

However, here are some guidelines to ensure a smooth handover.

We will accept either jobs you have prepared yourselves on Mac or PC if supplied on disk (CD, floppy disk, zip) or as email attachments. All files must be virus checked before sending. If found to contain a virus at this end they will be quarantined and deleted.

Here are popular programs we can accept files from:

Mac:
Quark Xpress, Abobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Pagemaker, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash.

PC:
Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe acrobat, Adobe Pagemaker, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Corel Draw, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft FrontPage, FileMaker Pro.

All printer and screen fonts, image files and a printed or pdf proof must accompany your file transfer. Images should be JPG, TIFF, AI, GIF, PICT, PNG, PSD or EPS formats, scanned at 300dpi or 600dpi for print and 72dpi for web. For large format printing, you need the biggest and sharpest file available. Remember, these images may be enlarged many time their original size. Call us for advice.
Remember the phrase - Rubbish in, Rubbish out.

We will proof all jobs prior to printing, but we reserve the right to refuse any job that has a virus, cannot be opened or where the content is of an obscene or defamatory nature.

We will not print porn, religion or politics. We reserve the right to decide.

We are more than happy to receive your files as PDF files. Once you have set the document for our printer drivers, this will "guarantee" a safe result. Please contact us for more information regarding PDF.

We will accept laser hard copy for printing mono digital books, but again stress that you will not loose any quality during scanning, but we can't create what is not there!

If you prefer, we will originate the job from scratch for you in our Graphic design studio.
